Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
We want our cancellation and refund terms to be clear. As our courses and learning materials are supplied digitally, there are no physical products to return.
Your right to cancel
If you purchase a course or other digital product online, you may have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions explained below.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within the applicable cancellation period and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Immediate access to digital content
Our courses and digital learning materials may be made available to you immediately following enrolment.
Where you ask us to provide access to digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to:
1. expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
2. acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel.
Once you have provided this consent and acknowledgement and access to the digital content has begun, you will no longer have the right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Services started during the cancellation period
Where your purchase includes services as well as digital content and you expressly request those services to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you may still have the right to cancel the service element of your contract.
However, where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services already provided before you informed us of your decision to cancel.
If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement that your cancellation right would be lost once the service was fully performed, your right to cancel that service may end.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If digital content supplied by us does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law.
Refunds
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will process it without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for processing a statutory refund.
